PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information stays focused on your project.

Last updated 4 October 2026

Who is responsible for your information

Xaveron is the trading name used by Harry Mulqueen, who operates the business personally and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Xaveron is not a registered limited company.

Contact hello@xaveron.com. Correspondence address: 11 Belgrave Drive, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, England, CH65 7EJ. This is a correspondence address, not a customer office.

What we collect

When you request a preview, enquire about AI admin help, buy a website or complete onboarding, we may collect your name, business name, business contact details, website, service area, project requirements and payment status. Stripe processes payment card details. Xaveron does not receive or store your full card number.

If you arrive through a campaign link and submit a preview request, we may save its source, medium, campaign and creative labels with your enquiry to understand where requests come from. This does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or a copy of your browsing history.

We also keep correspondence and project decisions. Where we research potential business customers, we use relevant business contact information published on business websites and directories, together with the source and our assessment of relevant website or business admin needs. A publicly listed email address is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing.

How we use it

We use this information to review your business, prepare and deliver your preview, assess AI admin requirements and feasibility, provide agreed services, respond to questions, maintain customer records, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

You do not have to request a service or supply optional information. Without the contact and project details needed for a request, we may be unable to reply or provide that service.

Our reasons for processing information

Where UK or European data protection law applies, we use the following lawful bases, depending on the purpose and your relationship with us.

  • Steps you request before entering a contract, and performing that contract, when you purchase a service personally, including as a sole trader.
  • Legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, communicating with company representatives, delivering services to business customers, maintaining security and understanding which campaigns produce enquiries.
  • Legitimate interests in researching relevant business contacts and offering proportionate website or AI admin services where direct marketing is permitted. We assess relevance and the impact on the individual, and honour objections. This does not replace consent where electronic marketing law requires it.
  • Compliance with legal obligations where we must retain accounting records or respond to a binding legal requirement.
  • Consent where we specifically ask for it for an optional use. You may withdraw that consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Requesting a preview is not consent to unrelated marketing. You may ask us to explain the basis used for your information or object where we rely on legitimate interests.

Who receives it

Our service providers include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for this website and its records, Resend for website notification emails, Microsoft Outlook for business correspondence, and Google Drive, Docs and Sheets for business records. Stripe processes payments when a checkout is provided. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

For business contact research, ZeroBounce is used to check email addresses. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta receives the form and Windsor.ai is used to retrieve enquiries for our records. Those platforms also apply their own privacy notices.

International processing

Our providers operate internationally. Depending on the service, information may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States or other countries identified in a provider’s published processing information. Your information is not guaranteed to remain in your country.

For records collected through this published website, OpenAI’s Sites data processing terms describe its hosting role and safeguards, including contractual protection for UK data. This hosting agreement does not cover information separately entered into ChatGPT conversations.

Resend’s data processing terms and Cloudflare’s data processing terms describe their applicable international transfer safeguards. These include contractual clauses and, where applicable, recognised adequacy arrangements. The safeguards depend on the provider, service and law involved.

Contact hello@xaveron.com to ask which providers handle your information and request details of the applicable safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, legitimate business records and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information where applicable.

Retention depends on whether a project is active, a payment or dispute remains unresolved, and the record keeping rules that apply. If you opt out of marketing, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to avoid contacting you again.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of marketing contact at any time. Email hello@xaveron.com.

You can object to direct marketing at any time, including by replying “no thanks”. A marketing opt out does not prevent essential messages about a service you have requested.

Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a portable copy of information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to the relevant data protection authority. For UK data protection concerns, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing records.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk free. We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change.
